Full Speed Ahead has appointed Ivan Harms, the new Sales Account Executive OEM and Aftermarket for West Coast Region. This will be focusing on California. Harms’ primary responsibilities include sales to distributors, coordination of product shipments, product information, samples, presentation and demonstration of product information to customers, staff, regional target marketing and ground promotions. He also markets to Southern California retailers with technical seminars on FSA and Gravity, Vision Tech and RPM products. Harms will be working out of the Southern California satellite office.
Harms has more than twenty years experience in the bicycle industry, including working in retail shops and becoming a senior product manager at Raleigh USA. He also owns his own trading business that imports products.
Matt VanEnkevort (Managing Director, FSA USA) said that we are happy to welcome Ivan to our team. This position was created in order to better serve AM and OE distributors in California. Ivan’s extensive experience in retail, PD, and importing makes him a great fit to help our customers with a face-to–face relationship. With all the new products that we will be introducing over the next few years, we see a need to establish a personal and consistent relationship between distributors and OE customers.

Harms was born in Ridgecrest, CA. He has been riding since childhood. He is married with a 5-year-old son and presently resides in Santa Clarita, CA.
